A – Assembly workbenches. Constructed from rolled hollow section steel with a large choice of sizes and specifications. Choose tops from laminate, steel, MDF, ESD, stainless steel and solid slip vinyl.

C – Carriage. BenchMaster pricing includes carriage to most mainland destinations in the UK.

H – Heavy duty and super heavy duty workbenches. Constructed from steel angle. Choice of four standard lengths, each of which is available in three depths. Choose tops from steel, wood, stainless steel and solid slip vinyl tops and on the super heavy, galvanised steel over wood.

I – Industrial sectors. BenchMaster manufacture workbenches and trolleys for all industrial sectors including the motor industry, the electronics industry, light and heavy engineering, packing industry, schools, colleges and many more including domestic applications.

 

J – Jigs. BenchMaster standard workbenches are made using jigs. 

 

K – Kilograms. Each workbench and trolley has a maximum UDL (uniformly distributed load) that it can take in Kilograms. Medium duty – 500kg, packing workbench 500kg, heavy duty 1000kg, super heavy 1500kg mobile 1000kg on legs and 360kg on castors. Tool trolleys take 360kg.

L – Lighting. Choice of four lighting options including fluorescent and LED.

 

M – Manufacture. BenchMaster manufacture their workbenches and trolleys in the UK.

 

N – Not flat pack workbenches or trolleys. 

 

O – Option to change the standard height from 840mm to whatever you want for no extra cost.

 

P – Packing Workbenches are available in a number of sizes and come as standard with an MDF worktop and upper shelf, two bars and a drawer.

Ready to use workbenches and trolleys.
S – Stainless steel workbenches / tables are available in a number of sizes with optional accessories.  They are manufactured from 40mm x 40mm box section with 304 grade stainless steel.


T –
Tool Trolleys. Constructed from steel angle with braced galvanised top. Choose from a number of combinations.

U – UK based company in the north west of England.


V –
Vices. BenchMaster offer 100SG, 125SG, 150SG and 175SG cast iron engineering vices.

 

W – Wooden workbenches. There are a choice of tops, which include, Hardwood veneered MDF, Steel coloured Grey Lino and Solid Beech Hardwood. There are a number of accessories available that can be added to the wooden workbench.  


X –
X Factor.  BenchMaster workbenches and trolleys have got the X Factor. These all singing and dancing products can be used in all industries and domestic applications.
