Background

A picking and packing client in medical distribution needed to work on a new warehouse layout to improve efficiency and worker productivity. New racking was supplied by our partner, and we had to manufacture quality workbenches to match with their products.

The Solution

Benchmaster delivered fully welded solutions to the customer site, with no installation required. We supplied: AB1560S with upstands and 2 x lower shelves, 10 workbenches

Bespoke back boards were designed, and detailed drawings were made for customer approval prior to delivery. After installation, the client experienced faster picking and packing times and reduced downtime.
