Product information
With Benchmaster, you have the choice to customise your workbench’s worktop, size and accessories, creating a heavy-duty workbench that fulfils your requirements.
The worktops available to choose from include:
Each of these worktops are easy to maintain and provide you with a sturdy and reliable surface for all your heavy duty projects and applications. Please note: Our wood worktops overlap the workbench frame by 10mm on all sides.
All standard workbenches come with a galvanised steel bottom shelf and a galvanised finished locking cupboard, which is the depth of the workbench and 600mm wide. If you choose a cupboard with a single drawer or a 5-drawer option, then the cupboard will have a dark grey finish, with a depth of 457mm and 457mm wide, featuring a middle shelf.
In addition, standard heavy duty workshop benches feature a vice plate, welded under the front right-hand corner, and a 40mm rear upstand lip at the back of the workbench to prevent items from fall over the back. If you would like a heavy duty workbench with a vice, then we have a selection of eclipse vices available in 4 sizes for you to choose from, starting at 4 inches and reaching up to 8 inches.
You can customise your workbench further through selecting from our range of colours on offer, with the default colour as blue, unless specified. For any non-standard colours, these are available for volume orders. If you require this, please contact us for further details.
Dimensions
The uniformly distributed load (UDL) is 1000kg for each standard workbench, in which a range of widths and lengths are available to choose from.
The width of our benches starts at 1200mm and go up to 2000mm, with the length of our benches starting at 600mm and go up to 900mm. To select which width and length you want for you workbench, please select your size above.
The standard height of the bench is 840mm from floor to worktop, in which you can adjust this for a small price.
